These terms govern the working relationship between Majeur Studio and any client or visitor who engages our services or accesses this site. By working with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Majeur Studio designs and builds websites for small businesses. The scope of each project — including deliverables, timeline, and revisions — is agreed upon in writing before work begins. Anything outside that scope is subject to a separate agreement.
Payment
Projects require a deposit before work starts. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, before the final site is transferred or made live. Specific payment schedules are outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may delay delivery.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Revisions are defined as changes to existing content or layout — not new features or significant scope additions. Additional revisions beyond what's included are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website and its custom design. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Client Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate content (copy, images, branding) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may push the project timeline. We build from what you give us — if content changes after delivery, that falls under revisions.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation may be invoiced at our standard rate, not to exceed the total project price.
Limitation of Liability
We take our work seriously and stand behind it. That said, Majeur Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business outcomes resulting from your website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
